Job Description:
Seeking Master's Level Clinicians. Language: English. We are a contract agency that provides services to children and families involved with the Department of Children's Services. We are seeking clinicians to provide mental health assessments, alcohol & drug assessments, parenting assessments, parenting education, anger management, and individual/family therapy. Flexible work schedule. Contract/part time position. This position is hybrid with remote and in-person as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- Licensure as LPC, LMFT preferred but not required.
- Must be able to diagnose.
- Must reside in Tennessee.
- Maintain positive relationships with community partners.
- Attention to detail and timeliness of documentation.
- Diagnostic Assessment – Formulate a provisional diagnostic assessment based on information presented, identify need for risk assessment.
- Concurrent Documentation – Completes documentation within 24 hours.
- Provide assessment services, individual (and possibly family) therapy to those identified with mental health issues.
- Treatment Planning – Developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals/objectives and plans per ongoing assessment of needs and input from the individual based on their identified strengths.
- Therapeutic Interventions – Use of empirically based modalities to engage and manage their mental health or substance abuse diagnosis.
